Get writing NZ 2019

Last week and this week we were learning how to write  metaphor and i found it very inserting to do it was really fun to make and the bit i found hard was picking my 18 worlds. 

Solar system

This week in math we have been learning about the solar system and how many times it can go around the sun. 

worms

This week we have been doing math and the math that we did was called worms, and this is how you do it you always have the head at the front, and the numbers that the body on plus the one that the heads on on add all off them up. like this 35,45,55,65 that is a examples of how to do it, I found this activity really fun to do hopefully yous try it.

Waka aerenga

on the 20\02\2019 me and my school went to Opua and learn about the waka witch is named Ngahiraka mai a tawhiti and also played a game learnt were areas are on the waka and they also told us when it was there first time on the waka and when they sealed across to Hawaii here a bit of photos when we were out there.

Measurements

This week We have been learning about measurement and how it works. My class and I had to make a d.l.o about it. The things I learnt were 10mm=1cm, 100cm=1m and 1,000m=1km. The easy part was measuring different objects. The hard part was prancing the words probably. The thing I will do next time is get the LI done before everything else. Here is Mahuta and my D.L.O.

Taumarere trip

Yesterday  Raukumara and RauTangata  we went to Taumarere to find out the history about Taumarere, first we did the roll then we all walked down to the train station,    she told us all of the rules before we got on the train on our way their she talked a bit about taumarere,  we arrive we got off the train and walked into this building, and  sat down she told the history of Taumarere  than we walk on to the bright to have morning tea,  we carry on walk we walked  about 8 to 10 km on way their we had to  do a scavenger hunt, than we stop at the other bright to have lunch and then we walked our way back and waited for the train at the club rooms.

Decimals

Today in maths  we were doing adding decimals  and  when you add you have to start from the right and make your way to  the left, the hard part for me was when you are still carrying and  your at the end i don't know what to do, but lackey that i have a good friend that can tell me what to do the easy part was adding up.
